To Finish with Sleeping Pills and their Numerous Side Effects

Two manuals for your case

1. When a person who does not take sleeping pills.
It is the ideal case: 4 capsules (can be increased up to 8 capsules) one hour before bedtime provide a quality sleep.
2. In the person who takes sleeping pills.
This formula can be used instead of conventional pills on the condition of respect for the latter, a period of withdrawal. This withdrawal should be gradual (three months) by reducing the dose very slowly.
