Today in market there are three basic types of tea: green tea, black and oolong or brown tea. ” Its color is due to the oxidation process gets each (also called fermentation).

For example, green tea is steamed, either baked or pan, and thereby prevents total oxidation and leaves remain green. Oolong tea is partially fermented. Means that in this case oxidation is also partially cut the leaves being black but only at the edges. Finally black tea is fully fermented which leaves to be absolutely black.

But in this paper we refer to green tea. Today is the object of study by many scientists because it has been found to help weight loss, among other beneficial effects on health.

Always green tea was associated with an ancient Eastern practice only. But it has also proven to be a powerful weapon to fight obesity.

Several studies showed those who drank green tea three times a day had a 4% increase in daily energy expenditure. And without increasing the heart rate of these people.

So it is considered a better choice than any drug for weight loss, as these can cause adverse cardiac effects, especially in individuals suffering severe obesity, with hypertension and other cardiovascular complications.

Although it was known as a great antioxidant, green tea extract helps eliminate. This is not due to small amounts of caffeine found in tea, since the subjects who received similar amounts of caffeine than those found in green tea displayed no change in daily energy loss.

Experts explain that there are two ways to lose weight: one is to reduce what they consume (ie dieting) and the other by increasing energy expenditure (may be doing exercises). Green tea act of the second mode, although the mechanisms involved are still poorly understood.

The researchers noted that green tea extract contains a high amount of polyphenols. These compounds may work together with other substances by increasing levels of oxidation and thermogenesis, for the body to “burn” the excess fat.

These studies, emphasize the following positive aspects of green tea:

Do not increase your heart rate.

Stimulates thermogenesis and fat oxidation.

Causes significant increase (4%) in daily energy expenditure.

The main causes of obesity and overweight are usually, eat too often, irregular eating habits, do not follow the rules of power, poor combination of foods, stress, etc.

Obesity is the body or physical condition in which excessive fat deposits are installed in adipose tissue, with the consequences put strain on the heart, kidneys, liver and joints like the hips, knees, ankles and therefore overweight people are susceptible to several diseases like coronary thrombosis, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, gout, gall bladder disorders and bladder.

Since the natural lens to combat this condition should consider three things:

• Controlling eating habits.

• Conduct regular exercise.

• Avoid the causes of weight gain.

A natural diet:

Early morning

• Juice of half a lemon mixed in a glass of warm water and a teaspoon of honey.

Breakfast

• mung bean sprouts (soybean) and a cup of skim milk powder.

Mid-morning

• A glass of orange, pineapple or carrot juice.

Lunch

• Salad of raw vegetables such as carrots, beets, cucumbers, cabbage, tomatoes and steamed vegetables.

• Whole grain bread and a glass of skim milk.

By mid-afternoon

• Coconut water

• Tea with Lemon

• Vegetable Soup

Dinner

• Whole grain bread

• steamed vegetables

• Seasonal fruits except banana and apple.

The addiction to sweets cravings commonly called, represent a serious health hazard. However, for most people it becomes very difficult to be aware of if they have an addiction or not contributing to damage your body. In some countries like the U.S., there have been studies on the subject, revealing that the need for sweets can lead to an imbalance in the levels of blood sugar.

In addition, other research suggests that these cravings hide a protein deficiency, which may explain why most vegetarians suffer from this obsessive taste for sweets, especially chocolates. Other experts suggest that diets low in fat but high in sugars and starches, causing severe insulin shock, causing it to generate more desire to eat, causing obesity.

But how can we be aware of an addiction like this? The first recommendation given to us is to watch for small changes in our behavior and conduct. These can be an emotional roller coaster, like going from euphoria to depression in just a few minutes. Also constant fatigue and a deep sleep just after finishing lunch. Finally, a sense of anxiety and / or anxiety is only when you consume something sweet.

If you realized that you have any of these three behaviors, it is very likely that you’re suffering from an addiction to sweets, so we recommend some steps to counter its effect on you.

* Include in your diet, the consumption of oat bran, cereals, fruits, green leafy vegetables. That will keep the fullness in your stomach and help you avoid intestinal problems.
* Perform regular exercise, preferably beam walking, jogging, running, or develop any physical activity that makes you tired a lot, as this cuts the appetite.
* Consume cinnamon along with your meals to inhibit the sensation of craving for sweets can also use cloves and bay leaves to spice up your meals.

Uterus cancer is a malignant tumor of the endometrium (lining of the uterus).

Uterine cancer usually occurs after menopause, most often strike women aged 50-60 years.
Cancer can spread (metastase) locally and to various parts of the body (cervical canal, fallopian tubes, ovaries, the area around the uterus, the lymph system or to other parts of the body through blood vessels).

CAUSE

The cause is certainly not known, but this disease seems to involve increased levels of estrogen.
One of the normal function of estrogen is to stimulate the formation of the epithelial layer of the uterus. A large number of estrogen are injected to laboratory animals causes endometrial hyperplasia and cancer.

Women who suffer from cervical cancer seems to have certain risk factors. (risk factor is something that will increase the possibility of a person to suffer from a disease).
Women who have risk factors do not always suffer from cervical cancer, whereas many cervical cancer patients who had no risk factors. Sometimes it can not be explained why a woman suffering from uterine cancer, while other women who do not.

Research has found several risk factors in cervical cancer:

1. Age
Menyeranga especially uterine cancer women aged 50 and over.
2. Endometrial hyperplasia
3. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
HRT is used to overcome the symptoms of menopause, prevent osteoporosis and reduce the risk of heart disease or stroke.
Women who use estrogen without progesterone have a higher risk. Use of high doses of estrogen and the long term seems to increase this risk.
Women who take estrogen and progesterone have a lower risk because progesterone protects the uterus.
4. Obesity
The body makes some of estrogen in the fat tissue so that obese women have estrogen levels are higher. High levels of estrogen is the cause of the increased risk of uterine cancer in obese women.
5. Diabetes (diabetes)
6. Hypertension (high blood pressure)
7. Tamoxifen
Women who take tamoxifen to prevent or treat breast cancer have a higher risk. This risk appears associated with tamoxifen-like effects of estrogen on the uterus.
Gains from tamoxifen is greater than the risk of other cancers, but every woman reacts differently.
8. Ras
Cervical cancer is more often found in white women.
9. Colorectal cancer
10. Menarche (first menstruation) before age 12 years
11. Menopause after age 52 years
12. No children
13. Infertility
14. Polikista ovarian disease
15. Endometrial polyps.

TREATMENT

Selection of treatment depends on tumor size, stage, the influence of hormones on tumor growth and tumor growth rate and the age and general condition of the patient.

Method of treatment:

1. Surgery
Most patients will undergo a hysterectomy (removal of the uterus). Both fallopian tubes and ovaries are also removed (bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy) because tumor cells can spread to the ovaries and cancer cells are dormant (inactive), which may lag may be stimulated by estrogen produced by the ovaries. .
If found cancer cells in the lymph nodes around the tumor, the lymph nodes were also removed. If cancer cells have been found in the lymph nodes, then the possibility of cancer has spread to other body parts.
If cancer cells have spread outside the endometrium (uterine lining), then the patient does not need any other treatment.

2. Radiation therapy (radiation)
Used high-energy rays to kill cancer cells.
Radiation therapy is local therapy, only attack cancer cells in the irradiated area.
In stage I, II or III radiation therapy and surgery. Radiation can be done before surgery (to minimize the size of tumors) or after surgery (to kill cancer cells remaining).

There are 2 types of radiation terjapi used to treat uterine cancer:
- External radiation: use of a large radiation machine to direct the beam to the tumor area. Radiation is usually performed 5 times / week for several weeks and the patient does not need to be treated in hospital. In external radiation no radioactive substances are inserted into the body.
- Internal radiation: use a small tube containing a radioactive substance, which is inserted through the vagina and left for several days. During the course of internal radiation, patients being treated in hospital.

3. Chemotherapy in hormone therapy use substances capable of preventing it take hormones to cancer cells and prevent the use of hormones by cancer cells. Hormones can be attached to the hormone receptors and cause changes in the uterine tissue.
Prior to hormone therapy, people with hormone receptor tests. If the network has a receptor, it is likely that patients will respond to hormonal therapy.
Hormonal therapy is a systemic therapy because it can affect cells throughout the body. In hormonal therapy usually used progesterone pill.
Hormonal therapy performed on:
- Cervical cancer that could not undergo surgery or radiation therapy
- Patients who have cancer spread to the lungs or other organs
- Uterine cancer patients who recur.
If the cancer has spread or not to respond to hormonal therapy, then given other chemotherapy drugs, namely cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and sisplastin
