Green Tea Helps with Weight Loss

Today in market there are three basic types of tea: green tea, black and oolong or brown tea. ” Its color is due to the oxidation process gets each (also called fermentation).

Nutrition: An Addiction to Sweets
The addiction to sweets cravings commonly called, represent a serious health hazard. However, for most people it becomes very difficult to be aware of if they have an addiction or not contributing to damage your body. In some countries like the U.S., there have been studies on the subject, revealing that the need for sweets can lead to an imbalance in the levels of blood sugar.

In addition, other research suggests that these cravings hide a protein deficiency, which may explain why most vegetarians suffer from this obsessive taste for sweets, especially chocolates. Other experts suggest that diets low in fat but high in sugars and starches, causing severe insulin shock, causing it to generate more desire to eat, causing obesity.
Uterus Cancer
Uterus cancer is a malignant tumor of the endometrium (lining of the uterus).
Uterine cancer usually occurs after menopause, most often strike women aged 50-60 years.
