<li> There is a suspected broken bone in the head, neck or back.</li>
<li>There is a suspected broken hip, pelvis or upper leg.</li>
<li>There are a lot of bleeding</li>
<li>The area below the injured joint is pale, cold, clammy or bluish.</li>
<li>You can not completely immobilize the injury at the scene without assistance from another person.</li>
<li>There is a bone through the skin.</li>
