Treatments Spring Medicine
More than ever, the spring may be difficult because of the growing invisible pollution that we all face. It should therefore be increasingly attentive to the little household liver oil filter equivalent of a motor at the end of winter.
The remedies are many and everyone is finding what suits him best. But there are some essential to integrate into the menus of the season.
* First is the dandelion which the bitter principle is totally directed liver. It’s everywhere, even in the lawns of public parks. You can eat it raw, seasoned as a salad, or mixed, raw or cooked, with mashed potatoes. It can also be incorporated into a soup. In addition, the properties of dandelion are many more as drains the gall bladder, kidneys and eliminates uric acid and cholesterol.
* The second plant health-spring nettle. While some eat it raw in salads, I find it more prudent to consume cooked in soup, mixed with potatoes and other assorted vegetables (carrots, leeks, turnips, onions …).
Recall that the nettle is a powerful purifying, regenerating blood, anti-anemic, general stimulant and anti-rheumatic.
For those with a juicer, Dr. Long advised 100 ml per day of juice of the nettle against internal and external bleeding, hemorrhoids and enteritis (inflammation of the small intestine). But the juice of nettle can be eaten simply for the over-achiever. I also mentioned the development of fashion juice bars especially popular in England.
