Scientists from several U.S. research centers involvement have been observed between the increased consumption of beverages and excess energy that smoking behavior and may be one factor influencing rising obesity rates. In order to clarify the benefits and risks to the health of the fluids that we have developed ‘The Beverage Guidance Panel’, a set of guidelines to learn to drink healthy, fundamental concept when thinking about good eating habits.

Water is an essential component of the diet. Energy value is zero and its contribution in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and fluoride, although modest, is not negligible.
