Do not panic, try to cough and hold with a vengeance. Every time before a cough, should take a deep breath – cough with deep. Than strong – stronger, in – in a long – long way to remove the phlegm that are in the interval of two seconds chest. must pull all of breath and cough relief once. until arrived, or to feel your heart rate is normal, just may break.

Destination pull breath, for the input of oxygen into the lungs . direction cough, to push the heart to heart Pressing circulating blood flow also helps your heart rate back the normal Aid this way, so that patients have the opportunity to go to the hospital

Please tell others how the first aid course ini.probable heart attack can help them! Do not think your age is less than 25 or 30, not be able to Heart attack .Due with changes in the way of life today, have a heart attack can strike all age levels .

As is known cola itself is a popular beverage in the world, while osteoporosis affects about 55 percent of Americans, especially women. In this study, scientists analyzed medical data from 2500 participants whose age is no more than 60 years and analyze the bone density in the three areas of the hip bones and spine.

The result, women who drink cola on a regular basis (four colas per week), have lower bone density than those who avoid drinking cola. Meanwhile, those who drank cola daily had a decrease in bone density compared to four percent of those who do not consume cola.

Interestingly, in this study did not provide much cola adverse effect on bone density of men. But until now the team is still researching the reasons why this carbonated beverages affect bone density in women. In this diet cola has a comparable effect with regular cola, but decaffeinated cola (without the caffeine content) has no effect on bone density. In conclusion, caffeine in cola is the main cause of increased risk of osteoporosis in women.

Dr. Mone Zaidi, director of the Mount Sinai Bone Program at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York City in support of the research done at Tufts University said: “The involvement of caffeine in the absorption of calcium caused inhibition of the formation of bone mineral composition. If the consume cola habits at a young age continue to be done, it is quite possible they will have osteoporosis before reaching menopause.

And at the age of 30, the body more calcium than storing waste, let alone loss of bone will continue to occur gradually in the age of 40 – 50 years. In addition each person would experience the coming of bone loss varied. It was very reasonable, given the body’s metabolism, while calcium alone will be lost through the nails and sweat, so there should be input calcium, through food. Because the campaign was drinking milk or foods high in calcium since a very young age needs to be done, to prevent the porous bone.

Prevention of acute viral hepatitis incidence is important, in Indonesia which is still found throughout the years and is endemic diseases.

Based on how his passion of transmission of most hepatitis acute virus that is taken orally (by mouth), it is necessary once improved environmental health, and sanitation improvements. Use of clean water should be increased, considering the many people who use dirty water to daily.

Garbage problem until now still difficult to overcome. Waste disposal that have been executed can still be pollute the environment and the spread of disease. By because it was necessary to think about waste disposal business better, and have sought treatment and utilization of garbage with no pollution.

It is important and should not be underestimated is improving nutrition in the community, to improve endurance. Need to get used to eat / drink still fresh and good quality. Eat drink served on the table to keep it closed, to prevent the crowd
germ carrying flies.

The use of medical devices must be observed attempted use disposable and discarded, especially tools that can cause injury, eg needles, knives surgical, dental instruments, etc..

Every patient with hepatitis, should be treated in hospital and isolated, because they can transmit the disease primarily
in the days before ikterik (yellow) and the beginning of ikterik. Therefore, the patient should be seen and treated
cured. Especially in Indonesia, the disease is still classified as endemic. To treat patients in hospital still often have trouble, especially people who living in rural or seeing a health center.

Other prevention efforts are needed imunisation program digalakan. Until now, the vaccine is already in circulation to prevent viral hepatitis A and B only, while others not yet exist. At the close relatives of hepatitis A patients or B, need
given an injection of immunoglobulin. Similarly for those who will travel to the endemic Hepatitis viruses A or B, should be given an injection

In the prevention of viral hepatitis B, according to the purpose the main vaccination to prevent infection B virus in a settlement, then the main target of vaccination is infants and small children, because the younger the age at time B virus infection, the greater infesi possibility of permanent B virus.

Research shows that babies who suffered from infection in the first year of life, will experience the persistence of infection for several years, let alone children which received B virus transmission from mother vertically birth.

In countries where vertical transmission is the transmission The highest infection, the main target is the baby born
of mothers with positive HBsAg in the blood. With only vaccinations for infants born to mothers with HBs Ag positive, then the number of people with children will be suppressed, so that the automatic transmission of the horizontal
sourced from these children will be reduced.

In an effort to prevent B virus infection in a settlement (persistent), then the more effective vaccination can result when
done as early as possible, at a young age may be. For a young growing child infected, the greater the possibility of persistence. About what age is the age limit should be used priority for mass vaccination, there is no explicit provision. But from the results of existing research can be concluded that the risk of persistence of virus B infection most common in aged under 3 years. Therefore, for a while, the limit age is used to determine the priorities in the age mass vaccination in children in Indonesia. Given the cost of vaccination is quite expensive, and limited government funding, so as the main target for vaccination is primarily directed to high-risk groups with the following sequence:

1. Newborns from mothers who have positive HBsAg.
2. Environmental / patient family members Viral hepatitis B.
3. Medical personnel, paramedics, laboratory clinic.
4. They are often received blood transfusions.
5. Those who live in the incidence of B virus Hepatitis
high.

To understand why we must explain the legs breaking the function of bones and which they are made.

What is bot?
The bones of the human skeleton supports and protects the softer parts of the body. The bone is a living tissue. The skeleton is growing rapidly in the early years and restore itself after fractures. Bones contain marrow in the center, which is clearly softer in texture than the exterior of bone. strong>Bone marrow consists of cells which include the red and white blood cells.

The red blood cells are responsible for the oxygen to the tissues and the white blood cells protect the body against germs. Bot also includes minerals, especially calcium and Fosfor.then miner momentum forms a crystalline, Because of its unique bone structure, a high tax treaties.

What bone break?
Bones are rigid, but what can bend, “give” when an external force is performed on the bone. If the load stops taking the bone back to its original shape.

If you, for example, for assaults on an outstretched arm there is an impact on the bones and connective tissue of the wrist when you hit the ground. The bones of wrist and forearm absorb the energy of the fall by what to give (to fold) and immediately take back to their original shape. Is the force too significant than breaking the bones as a bar which plastick get bent too far.

Types of bone fractures.
The severity of a fracture depends on the force which caused the fracture.
When the breakpoint of the bone is only slightly violated rather than enter into a crack instead of a complete break

However, if the force is very high, as eg in a car accident, the bone may shatter. If the bone fragments so that breaks the skin stabbing, a wound or if the broken bone reveals we speak of an open fracture. These open fracture is worse than a closed fracture damage and contamination can occur because of the bone and surrounding soft tissues. This often leads to infections which can be difficult to treat.

Women’s diet must be based on climacteric fruits, vegetables, fatty meats, fish and nonfat dairy products and rich in vitamin D, not forgetting, of course, foods rich in carbohydrates like rice, pasta and legumes.

1. Saturated and unsaturated fats
Fat. The Omega 3 unsaturated as reduce levels of cholesterol and triglycerides.
Saturated fats, which come mainly from animal foods (beef, chicken and whole milk and derivatives), and some types of industrial pastries made with coconut oil and palm oil, should be avoided by submitting a high content of LDL-cholesterol ( “bad”, which is deposited on the walls of the arteries).

However, unsaturated fats, those of plant origin (olive, sunflower, corn, soybeans, etc.). And from fish, should abound in the diet, and lowering total cholesterol.

In addition, olive oil increases HDL-cholesterol ( “good”, which “cleans” the walls of the arteries) which, as we know, helps prevent cardiovascular diseases.

2. The fiber
The fiber is present particularly in plant foods. It is indigestible, that is, our body is not able to process and digest, so it is eliminated via faeces, with practically the same structure with which it was ingested.

However, it has many advantages: it increases what we call the “fecal bolus and decreases constipation. By reducing the contact time stools help with the colon, it also reduces colon cancer. Moreover, the fiber is capable of carrying some fat during digestion, thus reducing slightly the levels of blood fat. Perhaps one of its disadvantages is that there are people you increase the sensation of flatulence.

3. Calcium
Calcium. Milk and dairy is the main source of this mineral.
Calcium is an essential mineral for maintaining bone mass at any age and menopause is no exception, especially because in this time of life calcium losses are increased due to hormonal deficiency, and there is decreased absorption.

Therefore, maintaining good calcium intake, among other measures, such as exercising is important for preventing osteoporosis.

The bone mass care really should start with an adequate calcium intake from childhood, adolescence and early adult years, with the aim of achieving the ideal peak bone mass and continue throughout life so that offset natural losses of this mineral.

The more bone mass gains in the youth, the greater our reserve for the future.

The main source of calcium in our diet are milk and dairy products. To get an idea, a glass of milk (250 ml) contains about 300 mg of calcium, while calcium-fortified 400 mg and a yogurt (120 mg) about 146 mg.

4. Vitamin D
Vitamin D is essential to produce calcium absorption. We must be vigilant, because vitamin D is fat soluble, ie dissolves in fat and is therefore in this part of the milk.

When removing the fat in skim milk process also removes vitamin D. Therefore, for this consumption is guaranteed, skimmed milk should be fortified with vitamin D prior to marketing.

Women’s diet must be based on climacteric fruits, vegetables, fatty meats, fish and nonfat dairy products and rich in vitamin D, not forgetting, of course, foods rich in carbohydrates like rice, pasta and legumes.

5. The soybean isoflavonas
They have a mild estrogenic action in part by supplying the same role in the body. Thus their effects are similar to estrogens produced by the body in the fertile stage of their effects are mujer.Entre:

- Helps to alleviate and mitigate the effects that occur during the climacteric syndrome.

- Spoke in the prevention of bone decalcification because they avoid, for the estrogenic effect, the mobilization of calcium from bones.

- Furthermore, by maintaining levels of oestrogenic compounds, prevents the absorption of calcium blocking that occurs when estrogen level drops in blood plasma.

Given the selective nature of their actions on the different estrogen receptors, might be true to isoflavones as selective modulators of estrogen receptors.

Their actions would be undertaken primarily in those organs and target tissues in which the beta-type estrogen receptors are found in relevant quantities such as central nervous system, bone and vascular wall. Conversely, those not act on organs with preferential expression of estrogen receptor alpha, such as the breast and endometrium.

6. Other
Foods containing tryptophan, such as milk and nuts, help women suffering from insomnia to sleep. They should also avoid consumption of stimulating beverages such as cola, coffee, tea., Before bedtime.

The final episode of bleeding is uncontrollable events that may be dangerous severe after treatment of non-surgical periodontal routine. Bleeding can lead to hypovolaemic shock, and could be critical. Although severe bleeding in patients taking aspirin is a familiar phenomenon (McGaul 1978, Thomason et al. 1997), incidence of shock impact of bleeding has not been previously reported. The main risk factors for the events unwanted biggest likely to be anti-platelet drugs given to patients. A recent systematic review of drug-anti-platelet drugs in dentistry summarizes the risk for bleeding in dental patients. The combination of aspirin and klopidogrel not discussed (Brennan et al. 2007).
Because of the lack of information about the anti-platelets in addition to aspirin, the case presented here could be an early warning about the risk for bleeding after dental treatment in patients given anti-platelet regimen double. There is no reason to avoid dental treatment for patients who are taking anti-platelet, because it seems hypovolaemic shock is a rare complication. In addition, during the first bleeding episode, scaling done on the upper and lower quadrants while the bleeding occurred only in the area of teeth numbers 25-26.

ASA is the only anti-inflammatory drugs non-steroidal used in the treatment and prevention of thromboembolic disease (Bennett 2001). ASA irreversibly deactivate the enzymes siklooksigenase. This enzyme is responsible for the formation of prostaglandins and tromboksana A2, which is involved in platelet activation and aggregation mechanism (Schror 1997). As a result, ASA therapy associated with increased bleeding time. Klopidogrel is a derivative thienpyridin, a powerful inhibitor of platelet inhibition caused by ADP (Daniel et al., 2002). Addition klopidogrel into ASA therapy are known to increase bleeding complications (Diener et al. 2004).

There are several studies that suggest that patients stop using ASA 5-10 days before surgery to prevent post-operative bleeding (Bick 1976, Michelson et al. 1978, Torosian et al. 1978, Komatsu et al. 2005). The others did not report a significant increase in blood loss in patients who continued ASA (Bartlett 1999, Ardekian et al., 2000, Daniel et al. 2002, Madan et al. 2005). In our case, discontinuance of the anti-platelet agents are not recommended prior to periodontal treatment. The reason for the continuing anti-platelet treatment is to minimize the risk of complications trombotik and embolik (Fischer et al. 2004). With topical armantarium hemostatik available and needed lots of maintenance procedures in patients with severe periodontal disease, the regimen is appropriate.

In the reported cases, coagulation tests and platelet normal. Test platelet function (platelet) was not done because this is a post-operative bleeding and the slow phase is not associated with platelet coagulation. The patient had no signs of bleeding at the end of periodontal procedures and bleeding occurred several hours later.

Pathogenesis episodes of severe bleeding may be caused by many factors. Primary effect of anti-platelet therapy is the initial component of the freezing mechanism. A large blood clot, which involved the examination could be hiding places for local fibrinolitik process (Sindet-Pedersen 19,091). It is known that thrombosis and fibrinolysis related. So when there is a large clot, then there is a stronger trigger for fibrinolysis. As a result, the membrane covering trombotik a misunderstood anti-trombotik recess internally. Local trauma can also trigger secondary bleeding. Diabetes mellitus can also affect the vulnerability of the vascular wall (McMillan 1997).

Introduction of anti-platelet drugs only, such as absiksimab, epitifibatida and tirofiban, causing the need for evidence-based data that will assess the risk of bleeding during oral surgical intervention and non-surgical.

In summary, the literature on post-operative bleeding after anti-platelet drugs primarily related to the surgical procedure. Of the cases reported here, we suggest that physicians should always be aware of post-operative bleeding severe end of the treatment of non-surgical periodontal patients who received anti-platelet drugs. Systematic review of the latest recommendation is not to stop aspirin before routine tooth extraction (Brennan et al., 2007). These recommendations appear to be suitable for the management of non-surgical procedures such as periodontal scaling and root planing. The combination of anti-platelet treatment could provide pharmacological greater risk than previously thought. Oral health care providers need to know the importance of local hemostasis in patients at risk for experiencing post-operative bleeding.

The problem of obesity has a multifactorial nature, which depends not only from excess calorie consumption, but by a widening difference between calories and energy expenditure with physical activity. “The problem of childhood obesity is not resolved by removing a product from distribution, but with a systematic plan of education towards a healthy lifestyle – said Vincenzo Casket, President Enterprise Management hope – We believe therefore that there are foods from demonizing but serious commitments to be taken together. “

A commitment of responsibility that trusts manifests concretely years through various projects. First, the sharing of “Guidelines for the National Associations members related to the best practices on diet and nutrition of Vending in primary schools” was established by the European Union (EVA – European Vending Association) within the “European Platform on ‘ Diet, Physical Activity and Health “, sponsored by the European Commission. Furthermore, I trust has an active scientific collaboration with relevant actors in nutrition such as the Institute of Food Science, University of Rome “La Sapienza”, directed by Carlo Cannella, an authority in this area and attending the conference for the enhancement of Vending in meeting the needs dictated by new lifestyles in accordance with the “Guidelines for healthy eating Italian.”

Finally, a number of initiatives within the organization, as the intense activity congress in several experimental projects in different regions activated in collaboration with local health authorities, school authorities and representatives, consumer groups. Institutions such as the Lombardy Region, the Province of Rome, the local health authorities in Modena and the Veneto, requested the collaboration of trusts under the experimental projects aimed at the consumption of fruits and vegetables with the formula vending, alongside more traditional products. In Lombardy has already started the experimental project called “Shortcircuit – more fruits and more vegetables,” promoted together alderman Agriculture. The Azienda USL di Modena in collaboration with Confindustria Modena and the association has implemented a project titled “Every day choice for health” that has used the stations as a communication vehicle for health. While in the province of Forlì-Cesena was initiated the project “Fruit Snack MelaMangio with taste”, organized together with the Region Emilia Romagna. Some member companies also are conducting their own similar projects in Ravenna, Parma, Turin and other Italian cities.

CONFIDA formalized the availability to the Ministry of Health to develop agreements for the implementation of the guidelines contained in the ministerial document, “Gain Health – Making healthier choices easier” through practical and common sales managers in schools.

DIALOGUE WITH THE SCHOOLS AND THE AUTHORITIES
CONFIDA has drafted a code of self-regulation for the industry Vending which promotes dialogue with schools and relevant authorities to identify needs in the school environment and to ensure a broad and balanced variety of foods and beverages, to answer any nutritional requirements by including more healthy and fresh products alongside more traditional ones. The code is promoted collaboration with the faculty to teach children in elementary and junior high schools a choice of products and to install ATMs in locations agreed and still manned, it offers the products are present in single portions as well as education to the right quantity, it fosters collaboration both in the choice of products for use in vending both in promoting messages of education for proper nutrition and healthy lifestyles through distributors.

Indeed, the spread and ubiquity of distributors in places of social gathering is an opportunity to promote healthy lifestyles by including slogans on coffee cups, posters on the side of the distributors, stickers indicating the healthy products, etc.. The commitment to, rely on this front is so real and in line with statements by the Secretary Martini technical board, installed October 27, 2009, at the Ministry of Labor, for the definition of a “code of ethics for the marketing of food childhood “, in which statement she stressed the increased presence of fresh products such as fruit or pieces in vending machines.

Mature banana skin surface will be many more spots (spots) black, it will protect the disease from our lives is increasing. Japanese people like to eat a banana is not no reason, adults, children also like to eat bananas ~ very easy, 5 fruits every day, the disease would stay away from

Based on the results of scientific research the Japanese scientists found, the content of a chemical in bananas that serves to counteract the TNF cancer (mean cells / tumor).
In addition, the riper the banana the higher benefit to ward off cancer. Senji professor of Tokyo University of Japan to conduct research using animals, comparing the results with feeding bananas, grapes, apples, watermelon, jackfruit, pear, and various kinds of fruit for the test, the results prove the fruit among the best banana Benefits, can add white blood cells, can replace cells damaged, but it also produces substances that counteract TNF cells evil.

Research and testing of the professors also found, the outer skin of the banana will arise more and more mature patches (spots) black, it will be able to extend life. Therefore, from now on must often eat bananas more mature loh! Bananas will not result in tiba2 white blood cells multiply in a flash but at reduced white blood cells increased sendiri.Maka automatic, researchers experts think, could protect banana disease and extend life more stable, in the conditions of a healthy body endurance body will be high.
99% Cervical cancer is caused by infection with Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Infections caused by these viruses is a very easy going. An estimated three-quarters of the number of people who never had sex, male or female, experience. HPV is a virus that can cause genital warts in the Region (condyloma Akuminata), which is transmitted through sexual contact. HPV is often suspected as the cause of the abnormal changes in cervical cells with rahim.Sama as flu, most HPV infections go away on its own, so people never knew. Only a small portion of HPV infections become chronic infection, and then develop into cancer.
